Dear Mr. Walendowski,

This is to inform you that I am initiating an extensive investigation of your immoral and apparently illegal actions involving the Christian people of Mali and the Youth for Christ Ministries that I believe you have defrauded.

Upon completion of this investigation it is our intent to turn over the findings to the Malian authorities and Interpol for further action.  Interpol will in turn make those findings available to other law enforcement agencies in the US and worldwide so they may place you on a watch list in order to prevent a continuation of your activities.

Once this is shared by Interpol, we will make every effort to contact the Baptist Church and Missions and any others you may have been in contact with in the United States or elsewhere who potentially will be witnesses to your activities and to insure that your actions can do them no further harm.

As a former partner, I am personally appalled by your actions.  It is unconscionable for someone to misrepresent their actions in the name of our Lord.  I’m sure He will deal with you accordingly as it is His right to Judge.

Misleading America the Easy Way

I am often amused at the Lame Stream Media’s insistence on bestowing titles on people. To cite a few examples: “Former Panamanian Strong man”: Manuel Noriega, “Academy Award winner” Jodi Foster, “Right wing conservative talk show host” Rush Limbaugh and former “senate majority leader Democratic Senator” Harry Reed.  True they are all designed to skew your perceptions of a person before you hear their name and all fairly accurate except for the last one.

What exactly is inaccurate about “Former Senate Majority Leader, Democratic Senator” Harry Reed?  He was the senate majority leader but isn’t anymore so the former part is accurate. In a sense he is a democratic senator, but all members of both houses are democratic only some are actually DEMOCRATS, the rest are Republicans or Independent.

Simply put democrat is a noun describing a person, place or thing. Democratic is a verb denoting action. Both houses operate in a democratic manner, limited by the Constitution, following Roberts Rules of Order and strict Parliamentary procedures.  The democrats have conveniently pushed the vernacular toward the use of “democratic” or "progressive" to subliminally suggest, to the less informed, to expect more compassion from a “democratic” or "progressive" person. After all who could be against progress? Much in the converse way soldiers in Vietnam referred to the Vietcong as “gook” or “slope” to dehumanize them as an enemy and ease their own consciences.

It is a clever strategy and used by both sides of the aisle. The term “liberal” has bee dropped from conversation and replaced by “democratic” or "progressive," as I have previously pointed out. But more unsettling is the misnomer of our system of government. The democrats have very cleverly drilled into young students for 40 years that we are a Democracy. Nothing could be further from the truth. In fact at the inception of our great nation to call someone a democrat was an insult and often gave way to fisticuffs and in one case a fatal duel. If we aren’t a democracy then what are we? America is a Constitutional Republic. In our particular case our Constitution does not bestow rights to the people, it limits the government from violating our natural rights, “granted by our Creator” in the words of the Preamble.  Unlimited government is simply a dictatorship or monarchy, exactly what we fought the Revolution over. There are also similar systems where an elite few govern the many under the misconception that the many are too stupid to govern themselves, sort of what we have deteriorated to here today. The labels for those sort of systems are Nazi, Communist, Progressive and Socialist. They are both right and left wing of the same one way street. Our Constitution is limited from creating a one way street, pesky old thing that it is.

Lastly let me approach democracy, the worst form of government of all. A democracy is a simple majority rule vote. No constitutional protections, no senate, no house, no representation of any kind, no president, nothing, simple majority. That is to say, as the only lamb in a room full of wolves and there’s a “what’s for dinner?” vote, guess who’s for dinner. Simple majority, no recourse, no Supreme Court, just dinner.

The First American Slave Owner

Early in American colonial history there was no slavery. The system at the time centered around indentured servants. By definition and practice: An indentured servant was typically a young, unskilled laborer who came to America under contract to work for an employer for a fixed period of time, typically three to seven years, in exchange for their ocean transportation, food, clothing, lodging and other necessities during the term of their indenture.¹

The first American slave owner came to the colonies as an indentured servant named Antonio. He arrived in Virginia in 1821 and was sold to a white planter named Bennet to work on his Virginia tobacco farm.  In 1635 he was released from his indenture and as a reward for his hard work Bennet awarded him his own land to farm. Because Antonio had a servant of his own he claimed 250 acres of land based on the headright system.  In 1653 a fire devastated his plantation and Antonio, now a free man, sought tax relief from the Virginia courts. While pleading his case for tax relief Antonio also contested the freedom suit of one of his servants named John Casor. Antonio won the suit and retained Casor as his servant for life, the first true slave in Virginia.

True John Casor was the first adjudicated slave in the colonies, and yes he was a black man. But what if so often left out of common historic records it that Antonio Johnson, the first slave owner in the colonies was himself a black man!

Slavery was officially established in Virginia in 1654, when Anthony Johnson, a black man, convinced a court that his servant, John Casor was his for life.

Unfortunately after Johnson’s death in 1670, a court ruling set to a precedent that would be an important factor in determining the social status of freed black men in the colonies. A white Virginian planter was allowed to seize Johnson’s land because a ruling by a local court that said, "as a black man, Anthonio Johnson was not a citizen of the colony."

These are indisputable historic facts. But I would like to remind you slavery has been practiced since the beginning of time itself. From the first day a cave man bonked a gal over the head and dragged her to his cave, there has been slavery. For all intents and purposes slavery is still prevalent today. Not only in the sex trade but it is alive and well in China, North Korea and quietly in several Middle Eastern states.

What pushes me over the edge is the Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton types who act as though slavery was limited to America. Yes, slavery was a horrible chapter in our history but for crying out loud, we get it so give it a rest! Say something about the Native Americans we nearly drove to extinction, or perhaps mention the Jews who were so mistreated by the Egyptians 3,000 years ago. Jesse, Al try to remember the first slave owner in America was not one of the “white devils” you so enjoy reminding the world of.

Who's your daddy?

Remember when you were in middle school and you wanted to get out of the house and be independent? You vowed to never say or do the things your parents did.

Then one day you graduated from college and got your first job. After a while you began searching for a new job. You decided to look at the benefits package. I mean you need good insurance. What will your new boss give you? Who's your daddy?

Maybe life has not worked out like you planned. So you decide to let someone else pay your bills and pay your medical expenses. You choose Ocare! Hey it's free. Who's your daddy?

The same rules apply today as they did when you were a kid. If you live in Daddy's house you have to abide by Daddy's rules or hit the road.

If Daddy has a tight budget, do you think he will give you an allowance to buy your Ipod? Will you get some extra cash to put gas in your car? Will Dad cover that little medical test you need to have? Oh, you want fattening food-Momma says, "No!"

It is time for you to move out of the basement. Be the independent adult you always wanted to be. Sure it is scary. Sure you will have to make tough choices. However, at least you are the Captain of your destiny. Become the grown-up you always wanted to be!

This is what American Exceptionalism is all about.

Hybrid cars? Get a Grip!

My daughter insisted on getting one of those hybrid cars. I begged her not to, but she insisted. Soon after she took delivery she began to complain she barely could go anywhere without a recharge and eventually had to borrow money to replace all the batteries. Then there was the question of what to do with the old ones, we took them to the recyclers in my truck. Finally she got rid of it at a huge loss and is back to a sweet little gas guzzler, going where she wants and when she wants.

With our current technology these sleds are just impractical, expensive and essentially useless. I encourage further research but the tree huggers will never get it. Outside of the obvious, cost, delays etc. greenies just don’t think. They are blinded by the environmentalist brain washers and really don’t consider what they are doing to the planet as they self righteously try to save it.

Things that are never considered by the rabid planet worshipers are boundless.  Clearly the cost and disposal of the batteries is prohibitive. But did anyone consider what damage is being done just making these batteries in the first place? Then there is the question of what happens after a crash, that is if you can get one of them going fast enough to have a crash. Today we have the problems of spilled diesel fuel or gasoline, but what happens when you have all the chemicals and heavy metals from the batteries scattered across a quarter mile of freeway?  Haz-Mat teams would have to close the road for hours, perhaps days. Consider what to do with all that junk?  Then think of the people injured by the spraying chemicals and surely some would seep off the road into the grassy shoulder or median. There goes the neighborhood.

Okay, so let’s not worry about that right now. The next obvious question is, where does the electricity come from to re-charge the cute little thing?  News flash! It comes from coal, nuclear and wood fired electrical plants. The more electricity you demand, the harder these plants have to work. Duh!  Yes, I said wood fired; fully 2% of our power is generated that way. Conversely less that 1% is generated through wind and solar plants. So, by default you are still contributing to “global warming.”

Another factor conveniently ignored it these things have to be light and small. So ask yourself; what does it take to make all those carbon fiber panels laden with epoxy and carbon strands?  Additionally, by virtue of being small and light weight, in the event of a crash YOU ARE GOING TO DIE! The NHTSA bases all their crash tests at a speed of 35 mph. At that speed that death trap would fold up like a piece of origami!  Now we have to expend all that natural gas to cremate your sorry ass.

So lets interject the bio-fuel concept. Here in the South summertime hails the ‘next to Godliness’ fresh new crop of sweet corn.  Corn is the basis of bio-fuel and the price has skyrocketed accordingly. Feed for livestock has nearly tripled.  Margarine, corn oil, corn starch, all of it is off the scale. So you are proposing starving my family, my horses and my cows for fuel for that death trap you drive. That’s mighty neighborly of you.

Face it, global warming is a hoax. Even your own scientists have said so. We are not running out of fossil fuels by a long shot. Just ask those Saudi Sheiks who just ordered a slew of new custom built Air-Busses for their personal use. By fighting oil exploration and the moratorium on new nuclear plants and oil refineries you are just destroying the economy, contributing to un-employment and advocating sending jobs overseas. The Chinese don’t give a crap about this stuff. They happily enslave their people, dump poison in their rivers and plains just as long as we keep buying their junk because it’s cheap. And don’t sit there and tell me you don’t own anything made in China.

For me, I’m going to continue supporting the economy and low food costs by driving my gas guzzler. Yep, that old 1967 Hemi Cuda that gets 4 mpg, does 0-60 in 3.2 seconds and tops out at 140 mph looks better and better every day. Hell, I can make it from Atlanta to my Mom’s house in the people’s republic of Connecticut in 11 hours flat! Try that in your hybrid.

I often wonder how many people actually believe that phrase is in the Constitution, it is not. The phrase is often attributed to Thomas Jefferson "and others" and quoted by the Supreme Court as the basis for the intent of the First Amendment, which reads:  "Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..."   Article VI also states "no religious test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any office or public trust under the United States." But what does all this mean and how diligently has it been used to remove God from America?

At the risk of being trite for a moment I will repeat the statement that, the First Amendment guarantees a freedom of religion, nor from religion. As I previously mention Jefferson is believed to have coined the separation clause but he also is responsible for saying, "among the inestimable of our blessings, also, is that ...of liberty to worship our Creator in the way we think most agreeable to His will; ..." So Jefferson was not the Godless heathen our educators insist on presenting in their curriculum.

True there is no direct mention of God in the Constitution but "creator> is referenced repeatedly. Also interrestingly enough the document is dated as follows: "Seventeenth Day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty seven" Funny thing about that.

So what am I driving at here? The First Amendment as it is written guarantees everyone's responsibility to respect ALL religions. It does not command the removal of religion from schools, court houses, public buildings or any location whatsoever. If applied as intended, you (all persons) must respect my beliefs just as I am required to respect yours, which includes atheists! 

The true and direct application of the First Amendment guarantees the placing of a Nativity at the town square, because we are all required by law to respect each others beliefs. It is, in fact, the single most important fundamental right of freedom. Furthermore all these "basic rights" are not derived from the Constitution, they are blessings from "our creator" and only referred to as "inalienable rights" which may never be "infringed"
